This is a Prima sistemi d.o.o. privacy policy for all applications that are developed by Prima sistemi d.o.o.
We only use data and permissions that are absolutely necessary for applications to work.
Personally identifiable information
Personally identifiable information (PII) is information that can be used to identify an individual person and includes information such as IP addresses, Account details, emails addresses, names, contact lists and all similar information. Application does not collect, store or use any personal information.
Some applications use securly BLE or NFC to identify its user on a RF-ID reader when the user tries to open the door. Application might also receive and store encrypted access rights for opening offline doors. However this data is only used on a user request when opening offline doors. Encrypted offline data is securely transferred to the RF-ID reader where it is checked to grant access. The owner of the access control system on which the user is using Application to open the door receives the data who and when has opened the door. This is the basic functionality of the access control system - check the privacy policy of the access control system to know more how your data is used there.
Non-personal information
Non-personal information (NPI) is information which cannot be used to identify an individual person, such as technical information about your device, location, time zone, activity usage, performance metrics, configuration settings, anonymous behavioral information and other aggregated information.
Some application require only permission "Nearby devices permission" to be able to communicate over BLE with RF-ID access control readers.
Security
Prima sistemi d.o.o. takes security seriously.
Application stores important data in encrypted form and use secure communications channels when transfered to other devices for example RF-ID reader.
Third party services
We make efforts to only engage with third parties that post a privacy policy governing their collection, storage, processing and use of PII and NPI. In some applications we use Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to follow crash issues and to improve Application reliability.
